Exactly. Expose this so it stops before this happens. Huge amounts of damage have already been done, lives lost, because others do not know this. Please let your employer know this, if they do not already, to shield them from lawsuits. And if the private companies want to try to do this for gain, let them know we are onto them.

Lawsuits were filed by Republicans in several States and were successful in obtaining an injunction against the expanded DACA.
The first injunction was granted in Texas v. United States, 86 F. Supp. 3d 591 (S.D. Tex. 2015). The injunction was upheld by the 5th Circuit, and then sustained 4-4 by SCOTUS after Scalia died in 2016.
When President Trump took office, He rescinded the expansion in June 2017 and then continued to examine the program as a whole. In September 2017, the Trump Administration announced a plan to phase out DACA, triggering multiple lawsuits from the left.
Eventually, the case reached the Supreme Court and Roberts sided with the four liberals and said that the Trump administration didn’t properly follow the APA when rescinding DACA.
Then REPUBLICANS sued again arguing that the whole thing was illegally implemented, and in July of this year, WON at the District Court:

That case is still working its way through the system, and will eventually reach the Supreme Court again, but this time, Roberts doesn’t hold all the cards.

I have been opposing all of this since Easter of 2020. At first I went along out out of courtesy and because if there was a real dangerous illness out there I was willing to go along with reasonable measures. But when it became apparent this was not going to end just become more and more insane I stopped complying.
This was no secret, it was all out there for anyone to find but I have gotten tired of being told BY FREEPERS I want to kill people for telling people to just say No to these unlawful orders.
So I just have decided for me and I just say no.

I have until Nov. 1 to let my employer know why I don’t want the jab. I work PRN in a nursing home and one of the reasons, beside religious convictions, is that I am strongly against it. I haven’t logged on to see the exact questions - I’ll bide my time.
The third mandate is the one that is supposed to cover certain private employers via OSHA, and that is the one that has not yet been issued.
