Back in the 90s I had a black supervisor...he took disciplinary action on a black woman in my dept. She later made a point of calling him a racist I front of our whole shop. Black woman calling a black man racist...That makes sense.
It was at that moment I knew that accusing someone of being racist is nothing more than an attempt to gain leverage in any given situation.
It was also at that moment that the word “racist” began to mean absolutely nothing to me.
