Why is Lt. Col. Stuart Scheller In The Brig But Gen. Mark Milley Et Al Are Not
The Constitutional Conservatives ^ | September 29, 2021 | Daniel John Sobieski

Joint Chiefs of Staff Chairman Gen. Mark Milley told Congress that he would not resign after presiding over the Afghan withdrawal debacle and that he saw no reason to. Marine Lt. Col. Stuart Scheller sees it differently and said so in a video that not only got him relieved of his command but also thrown into jail and held incommunicado Scheller felt his superiors should be held accountable for what Milley admitted was a strategic defeat and said so publicly and so far is the only to pay a price.

Schiller admits he deserved to be fire and that he did indeed commit the offense of going outside the chain of command and criticizing his superiors but compare that to Milley’s sitting down with every book author to spill his personal opinions, hint that Trump was a potentially unstable rogue nuclear threat, calling press conferences to complain about his commander-in-chief, asking his staff to pledge loyalty to hi before the President, and going outside the chain of command to promise his Chinese counterpart that if a rogue Trump decided to attack Milley would give the Chinese a heads-up. That is not mere insubordination. That is treason.

Because under the USMCJ law, subordinates cannot criticize their superiors in such a manner.

We are no longer a nation of laws. We have clearly delineated lines, certain people are above the law, and even flaunt their immunity lecturing us on right and wrong. And I mean the socialists representing both parties. The only question we face during elections is which party will be able to enrich their mega donors.

When I was a Commander, I couldn’t just throw someone in the stockade/brig.

They had to be a threat.

How is this guy a threat?

This looks a lot like an illegal incarceration.

The military under orders from Pres. Biden abandoned Bagram Airbase in Afghanistan stocked with hundreds of millions of dollars in American taxpayer funded military weaponry and cash. Maybe the Biden Regime was bribing the Taliban. The Biden Regime left Americans and Afghan pilots, and vetted Afghans in Afghanistan at the mercies of the Taliban.
Lt. Col. Stuart Schiller critized his superiors for the shit show in Afghanistan and wants answers for their failures. For this he was hauled to the brig placed in solitary confinement, unable to communicate with anybody.
The behavior of the military is beyond reprehensible. They need to free Lt. Col. Stuart Schiller immediately. Since when is it a crime to demand accountability.
For years the Military lied about their progress in Afghanistan while demanding more troops, more weapons and more money. They left Afghanistan in defeat on Aug. 31, 2021. What wars have the U.S. Military won lately?

Folks, they aren’t pretending anymore. Today when Milley was asked if he was going to resign, his answer was breathtaking. With a smirk, he stated, “I serve at the pleasure of the President”.

The House GOP just led the charge to increase MIlley’s DOD budget by $20+ billion. Why shouldn’t he be arrogant? It’s all theater.
