I need help defining effective keywords for a Open Records Request.

I filed an Open Records Request with Governor Kemp’s office to see what he has done to fulfill his pledge.

I am no Keyword expert and they’re requesting Keyword search terms...

This is my request statement:

Under the Georgia Open Records Act § 50.18.70 et seq., I am requesting an opportunity to inspect or obtain copies of public records that relate to Governor Brian Kemp’s fulfillment of this statement against the Biden Administration’s Vaccine Mandates:

“I will pursue every legal option available to the state of Georgia to stop this blatantly unlawful overreach by the Biden administration”

This is what I replied to the Open Records Officer’s request for keywords:

Search period from September 29, 2020 to present.

Exact keyword search terms:

Then they responded with request for what Inboxes I wanted searched and I responded:
