J. Michael Straczynski : Babylon 5 is in active development as a series for the CW ... this is a reboot from the ground up rather than a continuation, for several reasons ... {the } tradition for innovation will continue in this new iteration, and I hope to create additional new forms of storytelling that will further push the television medium to the edge of what’s possible.
Warner Bros said : In a from-the-ground-up reboot of the original series, John Sheridan, an Earthforce officer with a mysterious background, is assigned to Babylon 5, a five-mile-long space station in neutral space, a port of call for travelers, smugglers, corporate explorers and alien diplomats at a time of uneasy peace and the constant threat of war. His arrival triggers a destiny beyond anything he could have imagined, as an exploratory Earth company accidentally triggers a conflict with a civilization a million years ahead of us, putting Sheridan and the rest of the B5 crew in the line of fire as the last, best hope for the survival of the human race.

Heck, we don't need fiction now, we got real world Human looking Marxists, who don’t know they aren't Americans.
Now that would be awesome.
I am betting this will be YET another IP rebooted with woke politics and SJW themes by Sh!tty millennial Hollywood writers.
It offered so much.
Crusade could be restarted instead.
A lot could be done with it.
I knew I got rid of my A3000 too soon.
Because that would actually involve creativity and writing talent to create something new instead of trash past successful IPs; instead they stand on the shoulders of giants and pi$$ all over them.
One of the best characters in all of sci-fi.
Met him at a few Dragoncons. Fantastic fellow.
We were newlyweds at one the times. The autograph is on the bedroom wall.
Peter narrates JMS’s audio autobiography. Well worth listening to. You get a tiny bit of Londo.
Do I see eye to eye with JMS on everything, no but I learned a lot. Keep an open mind.
Some wonder how real is Biden or if he is an animatronic robot, body double, CGI mash up.
Look forward to it. My boys will also be pleased.
Its the new CW; the probability of SJW wokeness being hamfisted into the writing is high. Go see CW Batwoman, which did not merit a 2nd season due to crappy ratings, but somehow even got a 3rd.

Not many people know the connection.
I have the 2000 with the Vampire Accelerator. I might purchase the new Amiga Vampire standalone.
He was in an episode of the original "MacGyver". I saw it after Babylon five, and all I could hear was Londo. :)
It seemed weird in MacGyver, but it worked perfectly in Babylon Five.
I never watched it, but one of the deceased former actors, https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jerry_Doyle also had a radio show which I listened to. He had a great voice.

// JMS: Better to go the way of Westworld or Battlestar Galactica where you take the original elements that are evergreens and put them in a blender with a ton of new, challenging ideas, to create something fresh yet familiar. //
Interesting. As Flick Lives said in #11, I’d prefer new quality show than remake, but am intrigued with how he thinks it can be better.
Sure wish some magic could bring back “Cowboys in Space” aka “Firefly, which died way too soon.
I am still waiting for Blake’s 7 reboot
Without Mr. Garibaldi and Zack, it just ain’t Babylon 5 ...
