Suburban born & raised and I know very little about horses but I have been to a few bull riding events at the Pennsylvania Farm Show in Harrisburg, PA. I’ve watched roping and barrel riding enough to recognize that the riders had a few tools that they used to signal the horse to swing it’s rear end into a sort of pivot turn. When I finally got to see the ‘notorious video’ I thought I recognized something. And this article confirmed it.
