Joe Biden spoke before the UN General Assembly on Tuesday morning. It was as awful as you’d expect.
The American leader coughed and mumbled incoherently through his speech. Joe is the laughingstock of the entire world.

I watched most of the speech. Sounded to me like his handlers drugged him up pretty good. Didn’t hear mumbling.

I think it has come to the point where, Biden’s bosses/handlers would be better off having a computer with text-to-speech application read their pre-written speeches, to whatever the audience, no matter what the speech is about.
And the computer would be a lot smarter and interactive than Biden, and would even stick around for questions.
