They cheated and everyone knows it now. They cheated everywhere, not just Arizona. And, they have been cheating for years. No official would get up and say what they say and be so ugly to people UNLESS they knew they would not be accountable. It is all becoming obvious now.
I doubt that this data means there were that number of illegally-registered voters.
More likely, the system returns a non-match when the data submitted for name and/or birth date (especially the name) doesn’t exactly match what’s on file in the SS database.

While the SS records are notoriously bad, this would be incredibly excessive.
Let me guess, the non-matches are all Democrats, and their first name is Jill or Hillary.
Now that is a gigantic effing problem for the Dems in Arizona.
Now the FBI should be rolling the Arizona Dems up for election fraud and federal crimes.

It looks to me like someone in AZ is using the database in a way it was not intended to be used, and is just running the names of all registered voters through the system regardless whether they have a driver’s license on file. This would be a way to uncover voters who have their actual info on their driver’s license, but are using a fake social security number because they’re illegal aliens.
As I pointed out elsewhere though, a lot of the mismatches could be due to people moving or marrying and only updating their SS info and not their voter registration info.
