Earlier today, one of the most consequential stories in a long time broke with the revelation that Gen. Mark Milley, now the Joint Chiefs of Staff, had colluded with the Chinese to possibly commit treason. The discussion that led to the quote in question happened via secret, unsanctioned calls between Milley and a top Chinese general. At one point, Milley is reported to have pledged to the Chinese that he would tip them off about any possible attack coming from the United States.
Later, it was revealed that Milley was working with Nancy Pelosi, both of which were trying to subvert the constitutional system in order to essentially neuter Donald Trump’s ability to function as Commander in Chief.
Now, the clean-up crew has arrived to gaslight everyone and claim that was transpired not only didn’t amount to an intention to commit treason but was “routine.” Here’s Pentagon stenographer Jennifer Griffin relaying the message without a hint of skepticism.
I am told that Gen Milley had 2 routine calls with his Chinese counterpart and more than a dozen calls with NATO allies after Jan 6 to reassure them the US government was stable and to reassure China that the US did not plan a surprise attack, an effort to avoid misunderstanding.

As far as the facts on the ground go, Milley has two choices. He can either claim that the quote attributed to him by The Washington Post (which was quoting Bob Woodward’s new book) is false and that he never said it, or he can admit he told a foreign adversary that he was willing to commit treason. There is no third option where Milley and the Pentagon get to pretend that all of this was routine because it absolutely was not.
Regardless of what “fears” Milley may have had following January 6th, we still have a constitution and a military that is controlled by civilian, elected leaders. There is no possible justification for a military general setting out to not only conduct his own foreign policy but to also offer aid and comfort to our enemies. That is, by the very definition of the word, treasonous.
Further, no one should be taking Milley’s claims of concern as a representation of reality. He is a deeply disturbed, delusional man who went so far as to compare January 6th, an event that resulted in no purposeful deaths except a police officer shooting Ashil Babbitt, to the Russian Revolution. Milley apparently saw himself as saving the country from a coup, but in the end, it was he that did more to execute a coup than anyone on January 6th.
None of this adds up to be routine, and it’s incredibly insulting that the Pentagon thinks they can brush this under the rug with such a whitewashing.

What Milley did in conjunction with Pelosi is the biggest breakdown of the constitutional order in modern history. We had a general essentially declare himself a military dictator, calling up foreign adversaries to let them know he had their back and would sell out his own country to give them information. And for what? There is no evidence Donald Trump was going to order an attack on China. Rather, Milley’s actions were driven by his delusional god complex.
But even if you assume Trump was going to do something dangerous (he wasn’t, but let’s assume), Milley’s obligation would be to refuse the order, resign, and notify Congress. It would not be for him to make secret calls to the Chinese to let them know he’s going to feed them information.
This is the kind of thing Republicans can not let go of. There have to be repercussions here or we cease to be a functioning nation. If that means a Republican-led DOJ taking action in 2025, so be it.

Bergdahl was tried by general court-martial on charges of desertion and misbehavior before the enemy, and on October 16, 2017, he entered a guilty plea before a military judge at Fort Bragg, North Carolina. On November 3, 2017, he was sentenced to be dishonorably discharged, reduced in rank to private and fined $1,000 per month from his pay for ten months, with no prison time. The fine and reduction in rank took effect immediately, while the discharge was stayed pending automatic appeal.
What would a Beau Bergdahl have incurred under George Washington’s army?
How can such a Constitutional breakdown exist when 1) the Constitution is a living, breathing document and all such actions against Orange Man Bad help fortify the modern democracy that is as pure as the winter snow and white rage (sarc), and 2) most of us can talk but aren’t yet bothered to actually go out and refresh the Tree of Liberty.

Somehow it is Trump’s fault that Milley committed treason. Democrats are control freaks who always move the goalpost. They even mandate you wear a mask then object to which mask you choose to wear. I saw a video about a woman kicked off an airplane for a Trump mask, and you can check it out top of page at Whatfinger News in crawler link. And for the record smoke particles are larger than any virus and those go right through cloth because it is not magical. MSM will always invent excuses for fellow leftists like Mark.
Dude looks like one of those south American or North Koren guys with so many medals on their chest they use the other side too and then they pant legs.

Who will play Milley in the Seven Days In May reboot Movie?
If he told the chinese he would tip them off if we planned to attack then he is a traitor and in no way can keep his post. Unless the post he is keeping is the post supporting the rope.
This is one of the things that's at the heart of what is wrong with us: the government investigating the government. What I think is needed is a well-funded CIVILIAN agency, perhaps composed of retired, non-political, police chiefs and sheriffs, tasked with investigating cases like this.
The denizens of "Official Washington" need something to put the fear of God -- or at least prison -- into their crooked little hearts.

Americans will never forget that President Biden got on national television and said that leaving Americans trapped behind enemy lines was an “incredible success.”
Nothing will happen to Milley. He did exactly what his swampy handlers told him to do. The U.S. is dead.

There is no question that this was an act of treason and everyone involved, including those who knew and did nothing should be hung for treason. But this is Biden’s America now and not ours so don’t expect that to happen. These are truely sad times. Also to my fellow conservative in California…GET OUT OF COMMIFORNIA. You would be better off in Iran or even Afghanistan but I would suggest a still free state like Alabama, just leave any poisonous liberalism you may have been infected with behind and plan to live a decent life.
