Just when the burden of regulatory overreach was finally beginning to be lifted, there you go again, Joe. Slapping on additional and probably unconstitutional demands of a regulatory agency that has only marginal authority to even exist, and is exerting that authority in in a capricious and arbitrary manner, is just asking for some kind of review, and perhaps a rebuke to the oligarchy that thinks this is just a handy little tool to keep a lid on things. Just another nail in the coffin....

Dr. Peter Schirmacher is not just an average pathologist. The German doctor is world-renowned in his field, honored by The Pathologist as one of the 100 most influential in the world. He is the acting chairman of the German Society of Pathology, director of the Institute of Pathology at Heidelberg University Hospital, and president of the German Association for the Study of the Liver. Bottom line, this professor and doctor understands pathology like very few on the planet.
This is why it’s so perplexing that a bombshell report he released this week has been absolutely censored. Mainstream media won’t report on it and Big Tech has eliminated accounts who attempt to share it. Considering the incessant push towards universal vaccinations by government, academia, media, and Big Tech, it really shouldn’t be perplexing at all that his work is being quashed because it details mind-blowing data about the dangers of the so-called Covid “vaccines.”
In short, Dr. Schirmacher performed autopsies on 40 people who had died within two weeks of receiving a Covid jab. Of those, 30%-40% could be directly attributed to the “vaccines.” He is calling for more autopsies of those who die shortly after getting injected to see if his numbers pan out. But Germany has thus far been reluctant to act. Meanwhile, the report of this highly respected pathologist and pro-vaccine doctor is being suppressed.
What about travel ??? Just Tony Fauci and the CDC ???

The Biden “plan” is to declare victory over the virus in Spring 2022, knowing full well pandemics historically burn themselves out in 2 years. But the Biden administration wants to claim full credit for it by forcing vaccinations on as many citizens as possible.
It becomes more difficult to explain what happens if the virus burns itself out in the Spring and there is still ~40% of the country unvaccinated.
The forced mandates also provide for a wonderful means of dividing the country and distracting from the disasters of the Biden admin. Much better to focus peoples’ hated on a minority group; in this case “the unvaccinated”.
The political calculations are all there are with this government. they don’t give a damn about public health. If they did, if the CDC did, they’d be looking at current immunity levels in people, not vaccinations.
Ignore Biden. Basically jury nullification.
If vaccinated employees need to be protected from unvaccinated employees those same vaccinated employees would also need to be protected from unvaccinated customers, by statute, since the regulation would not be legally valid if the statute did not apply.
The best (and likely the only legally allowable) means would be requiring would-be customers to prove they are fully vaccinated. Such a vaccine passport system would crash major parts of the economy, such as retail stores & restaurants.
If the government cared about public health, protecting the southern border from invaders would be their top priority.
The field reports we are getting from Pfascist ruled territory (such as NYC) is that restaurants are not asking for any evidence of vaccination (despite the official requirement they do so)—they are having trouble getting enough customers to survive.
An OSHA rulemaking will take probably a year to put in place, and hope it will be stopped by unions and courts. I truly think that Biden bit off more than he can chew. With likely half of the workforce resisting, quitting or threatening to quit, etc. this will not go well for him. Especially since the government workforce is probably predominantly Democrat.
Things must be going differently in different parts of the country. There was a festival yesterday and last night in my town. Hundreds of tourists and locals showed up and very few had masks on and no vaccine papers were required. It’s the same at the Farmer’s Market today.
I don’t think people here are going to accept restrictions going forward.
He has erected a multitude of New Offices, and sent hither swarms of Officers to harass our people, and eat out their substance.

OSHA should refuse to be used by this socialist style dictator. There is nothing that binds them to compliance with this stupid mandate that illegal immigranst and all not-working people are not included in.
What you are looking at is the beginning of democrat socialism being imposed on the general populace.

Biden has to turn OSHA into a militarized Stazi with informants for this to work.
OSHA has no standing to implement anything vaccine wise period.
Their purview is “occupational” health and safety not personal health choices.
It’s that simple.
The vaxx and mask mandates seems to be confined to big cities and suburbs run by Karens, as well as large corporations and other large institutions of various kinds.
The rest of the country seems to be fine...
