I saw videos of this explosion from cellphone cameras at the time, and of the guy on the adjacent roof carrying a bucket of water who poured it over the side onto the resulting explosion site. I commented to my wife at the time that there did not appear to be any secondary explosions on the videos I saw. But, what am I, but just a distant observer.
