A survey by an Ohio nurses’ union for the University of Cincinnati Medical Center (UCMC) found that almost a third of respondents would quit their jobs if UCMC officially finalized a Covid vaccine mandate, of which the hospital has made a preliminary announcement.
There are five major local hospital systems, of which all five have announced they will eventually institute a vaccine mandate. Two of the hospitals, Christ Hospital and Cincinnati Children’s, have already set a definite vaccination deadline of October 1. Tri-Health, University of Cincinnati Medical Center, and Mercy Health, as of Tuesday, had not set a definite date by which employees had to prove full Covid-19 vaccination. But a new poll of UCMC nurses discovered that 30 percent of respondents stated they would quit their jobs if the hospital did in fact finalize the proposed vaccine mandate....

For your consideration.

I trust they all quit. Time to go Galt.
Yo, Ohio Union nurses. Instead of waiting for it to get to that point, why don’t you go on strike? Heaven knows you’ve gone on strike for less.
30% is a huge attrition rate.
That’s the kind of attrition which shuts hospitals down.
There could be another 10% or so who did not get vaccinated and are leery of the vax but did not trust their responses to the survey being kept confidential. They might walk with the other 30% upon learning that they are in good company with 30% and not a mere 10% as they may have feared.
Most of the nurses at the Hospitals my daughter works at, will NOT get the Jab, they aren’t asking my Daughter to get it, Radiology
A better idea would be for them to walk out or let themselves be fired and doing a video on why they won’t get vaxxed.
Is Nurse Goodbody gonna get jabbed?
Probably just better to lie and say you the vaccine. If its like some of my jobs HR will be too lazy to follow up on the paperwork
If medical professionals and CDC employees haven’t all jumped on the “vaccine” wagon by now, there’s gotta be something they know that we don’t.
That is more than enough to close a number of hospitals.
Think about it.
All nurses have to do is find someone who already has or get someone to start a channel on Rumble or Bitchute and post their videos.
The videos could be titled:
“Nurses at University Hospital of Somewhere, USA Tell Why They Will Not Take the Covid Vax”
“Nurses at Smith Memorial Hospital Anytown Explain Why They Would Rather Be Fired than Vaccianted”
-—Except the actual full name and location of the hospital would be given in the titles
Interesting.
On one hand you have a large percentage of nurses taking a principled stand.
Verses a government who would be okay with the shortages of nurses. So,covid 19-24 looks like it is overwhelming.
Almost as if things are being choreographed
When you hear “ICUs are full of Covid”. Usually means:
- nurses have quit thus shutting down capacity
- cases counted “ cuz covid” instead of “with covid”
- vaccinated are usually 20%
If the gov is really worried about the hospitals being over run with covid patients, they are not going to lose those nurses.
They are not going to fire them. They may pressure them, but they won’t pressure so much as to make them quit.
It would be social pressure. No fines or anything like that.
The gov’s greatest fear of all fears is systemic collapse, that thin veneer of civility and authority which holds everything together.
They can never admit that they might not know what they are doing, are not sure, are afraid, that things are tenuous.
They always portray themselves as cool, calm and in control, that they have a plan and it will work.
Hospital system collapse too easily leads to further social collapse.
So, any hospital system in the country that loses any amount of nurses has reassured the authorities that in no way will it be a problem.
So why force the issue with the nurses? Were they just planning on downsizing anyway?
