670 of the 742 90.2% of the deaths occurred in the over 50 group. The majority of deaths occurred in the TINY unvaxxed over 50 group. THAT is the story of these numbers. Either Dr. Hirschhorn isn’t very bright, or he’s intentionally misrepresenting this report...

yep-according to actual research paper: the death rate is 3 times worse for un-vaccinated over 50.
In un-vaccinated group there were only 3,442 over 50 and 205 deaths, in vaccinated there were 21,472 and a 389 deaths or a death rate of .018
Doctors today are a sad, broke, over-educated lot. Unless it’s surgery, or doing spinal adjustments as a chiropractor, all you need to do their job is a Rolodex in one hand and a sheaf of pharmaceutical brochures in the other. They’re just angry with the world because after all those long hours of memorization and mountains of debt they’re lucky to net what a high school dropout who learned to code brings home. Prove me wrong... but come prepared to show tax returns...

Well, if true, that means that 60% to 70% of those currently hospitalized in your hospital are UNVACCINATED.
This isn’t really much of an argument for or against vaccination.
It is going to get a lot worse.
Even less so when you figure the unvaccinated are a much smaller group. Still, there is no doubt we are seeing some waning of vax effectiveness in the very old. Those are the people who should be getting booster shots, not "everyone". Though, if younger people want them and doses are available, let them have it.

Is there a breakdown of age, health related conditions, etc.? What if the vaccinated ones who died were mostly over 70 and in poor health, etc.?

It's all down to how many are in each group. There are 26 times more fully jabbed than jabless in the over 50s. You can then see how the maths works out below. 
I have a friend who is a nurse in pediatrics who says the same thing.

The unvaxxed in UK are 8x more likely to die, and 11x more likely to be hospitalized.
