It rained...buckets, true but nothing compared to LA. Even those folks weren’t terrorized...they were devastated and their power grid was shattered all to hell. But they were not curled into little fetal balls...
That didn’t happen til the rain even formerly known as Ida crossed the mason dixon line. And those were mostly newscasters.
