The Socialist Left government of the state of Victoria has shifted the goalposts again.
Now the lockdown, the imprisonment of 5 million people in their own homes, does not depend on how prevalent the Coronavirus is.
It depends on how many people have been vaccinated. People are being driven out of their minds as children want to kill themselves and businesses go under and the mad nanny state ignores the numbers on the virus and says to the people you can have your normal life back only if enough of you have had the vaccine.

The ease by which a virus mutates is medically and scientifically known,
simply stated, .. it wants to survive.
When you administer a biologic injection to prevent an infection, it is able to adapt and mutate with ease in order to survive.
When you have a vaccinated patient who has a 'break through',it is evidence that the injection isn't working as expected, but also of the viral mutation to survive.
This vaccine 'jab' was never designed to prevent or cure the virus; the intent was merely to mask the adverse symptoms to the infected.
Thus, it is the numerous 'break through's that is the cause the rise of viral mutations
and is instrumental in the perpetuation of the jab "booster shots", indefinitely , much to the financial benefit of Big Pharma.
The indefinite perpetuation of the need for "booster shots" is but one example of this political and financial tyranny,
when added to the mandatory face mask, social distancing, lockdowns, and indefinite sequence of "booster shots" injections.
Tyranny is the constant moving of the goal posts,

Interesting story but the strictest lockdown in Australia is the New South Wales-Sydney one where the ruling party is the Liberal Party of the “Conservative Christian” Prime Minister Scott Morrison.
The Premier there Gladys Berejiklian must get full credit along with her “Conservative” party for what they have done in that state as well.
They have imposed a COVID tyranny and along with Prime Minister Scott Morrison, the “Conservative Christian”, insist that lockdowns don’t lift until vaccination levels rise and they only end for the vaccinated.
“Vaccination Will Make You Free” is the official policy of the “Conservative” politicians in Australia too.
