Rather than destroying the equipment before leaving the country, Joe Biden decided to leave the nearly $85 billion worth of US military equipment to the Taliban.

So what he's saying that Biden should have taken all that equipment given to the Afghan military back from them and destroy it before we left? And that would have prevented the Taliban from taking over how exactly?

Taliban are mostly Pashtun, and the Pashtuns (most especially the orthodox muslim types) have cousin-marriage rates similar to the worst parts of Pakistan.

Their collective IQ has got to be in the low 80s. I’d like to see them try to maintain and fly a helicopter.

The U.S. withdrawal ended about the first of July. I don't remember any reports of the Afghan army folding before then.

The only good news is they lack the technical background to maintain all this stuff. The Chinese will help help them with that but I have little doubt these savages will turn on China eventually.
