I can’t stand the laughing hyena, but the headline is misleading. She doesn’t laugh about the question; she laughs after saying to the reporters, “Slow down everybody!”

Yes, agreed. And you can’t hear what question(s) were being put to her, she seems to be reacting to the reporters as a shouting gaggle, which of course they always are.
