...I am no lawyer, either civilian or military,but from the reading of this article, the United States Armed Forces are civilian-led, as horrible as it seems to be right now...I may be wrong but I cannot see how this PoS Biden could be legally court-martialed....he is a civilian, after all, as despicable and as a lower-than-whale-sh*t person as he is, I don’t see how a military court-martial would apply....now, torches and pitchforks...??? yeah, go....!!!!
It appears that since the POTUS never takes the oath of enlistment or takes a commission as an officer they cannot be subjected to military laws. However as Commander in Chief the military could start a coup and remove him from office or state he is unfit for command and refuse any future orders.
