He talks of not relying on the U.S. as a reliable partner anymore. They need to create stronger ties with Germany, France, Japan...

Xiden's disastrous exit from Afghanistan will be very damaging to our "relations" with our western (and some eastern) allies.

What are they complaining about? Biden doesn’t tweet a lot. That should make them feel better.

The press did a lot of handwringing over Trump's 'America First' message and browbeating NATO about contributing more for their own defense and how this would burn bridges with our allies.

NOTHING Trump ever did (or any other American President) has done more to destroy NATO than what Biden has just done.

We buggered out with NO consultations, leaving not only thousands of Americans trapped but thousands of Brits, Germans, Dutch and other Europeans.

On top of that, we denied permission for a Dutch transport to go to Kabul to pickup people yesterday.

I can't think of any American government that has displayed such an enormous blend of malevolence and incompetence.

One of Obama's Defense Secretaries, Robert Gates, said this about VP Joe Biden when being interviewed about his 2014 memoir; "Frankly, I believe it. The vice president, when he was a senator — a very new senator — voted against the aid package for South Vietnam, and that was part of the deal when we pulled out of South Vietnam to try and help them survive. He said that when the Shah fell in Iran in 1979 that that was a step forward for progress toward human rights in Iran. He opposed virtually every element of President Reagan's defense build-up. He voted against the B-1, the B-2, the MX and so on. He voted against the first Gulf War. So on a number of these major issues, I just frankly, over a long period of time, felt that he had been wrong."

I wonder if Barrack is even taking his calls right about now?

Seth Moulton, Democrat congressman from Massachusetts, Harvard graduate, and Afghan combat veteran said the same thing. Biden is toxic. The Democrats may abandon him. Hard to believe after they stood by the clearly guilty Bill Clinton. This may be debacle too far even for them.

Biden isn't a reliable partner, fortunately due to his dementia he will not govern long and we can get a lucid Republican in the WH in 2024. We do need to get serious conservatives elected in 2022 to hold down the fort until then.

The U.K. parliament members have no claim to be talking about some other country not being a “reliable partner”.

If my memory is correct I think it was 2011 when U.K. troops left Iraq. And it was 2014 when the formal U.K. commitment in Afghanistan ended, leaving a mere 750 troops there.

Reprobate Biden getting called out for what he is and it’s about time everyone knew it was a matter of time until he placed every non communist country at risk.

The United States has had the burden of being the free world policeman for too long. If the rest of the civilized world wasn’t willing to take on the job, it shouldn’t have end with a policemen’s strike, Can we retreat to Fortress America now we’ve been invaded through “diversity from within?” Stop supporting our potential enemies economically. Build up our energy and economic independence, and direct our resources and ingenuity toward national defense. Shoot spies and traders.

I’m trying to figure out why any other nation would even bother to take a call from Biden or his Administration. I mean other than they want US tax dollars, the only reason I would take a call would be to get them on tape begging for credibility. I would put them hold and gather everyone in the office just so everyone could have a great laugh, then see how far I could push them to get everything. I would think the sky would be the limit for you to promise to “partner” with the Americans.

I’ve known and worked with Tommy Tugendhat when he was a British Army major. He regularly expressed his deep admiration of the US and its armed forces, so his anger is not directed at the American People, only at the collection of craven hyenas currently in control of US policy. That is a man who has had his heart broken.
