Are you serious? It’s Zulu time (Coordinated Universal). Jeez you people find conspiracy in everything. Put down the Kool aid and read a fucking book. Zulu doesn’t change for Daylight Savings and it’s the international standard for a aviation, weather, etc since like the mid-60s.

If that's the case, then the label should be marked as such, since London does switch to Daylight Savings Time while UTC/Zulu/GMT do not.
