The infiltrators want Dominion to win. Here is a fact. Never before have so many people been aware that their elections are rigged. There was no chance that anything would have ever been done about it if people were not aware. Awareness is always step one. A big question is are we too far gone to survive it? Everything is corrupt now.

Okay...I guess I'll bite. How exactly is this ruling "turning against him"? A judge is not supposed to be for or against anyone by default.
Allegations were made that they allege were lies and defamatory. The statements were in fact made. Now it will be adjudicated if they were false or had merit. Discovery should be interesting, which they will be entitled to as a defense.
We're still waiting for the promised "Kraken" ourselves...now approaching a year later.

Well they might be able to show that the servers were loaded with the MS SQL server data tools package and for PA invalidates the certification of the servers. This is an assessment done by Wake TSI in fulton county, PA. see page 26. Also the systems were not encrypted.

In Michigan, Gov. Whitmer quickly ordered the Sec. of State to erase all the machines “to have them set at zero for the next time we have an election.” Which meant vital evidence was erased, which she knew was under legal challenge. >>. I don’t think you need the machines to prove misfeasance , malfeasance or even possibly fraud. You have the back up paper ballots and all of the counted materials, signoffs etc. You do need courts. which we don’t have. The Deloc judge and his clerk laughed at the guy trying to get court orders in order to lawfully monitor the Delco, PA Mail in ballot counting.
I am a long-time Freeper, and I completely agree with you that the rule of law supersedes any other consideration, party affiliation, political hero, or villain.
I am a Trump supporter, but not a worshipper, as he is just a man, flawed. I disrespect Cuomo but believe he deserves his day in court, to face his accusers, not to be tried in the media.
I want the truth about Dominion’s contracts, behaviors, and handling of the voting machines because I want to know the truth of the 2020 election, and I also want to know how long these machines & the software may have been mismanaged to achieve desirable outcomes, in spite of voter preferences.
I wish we could gear up for paper ballot voting for the 2022 elections, and some purple ink to permanently stain voters’ index fingers, until we get this mess sorted out.
We can’t get it sorted out until Dominion, other software, voting rolls, modems, access to computer records and data transmitters, routers, drives, proper and
timely backups, etc. are all available for outside independent and unaffiliated observers to analyze and report on their findings.
These should be debated in a court of law, and I do hope that is what the people involved at present are trying to accomplish.
While that all gets fought out in court, It should be easy and inexpensive to go back to the old-fashioned paper ballot. Precinct by precinct, none of the nonsense allowed in this past fake election. If we don’t do this, we really no longer have a country.
