I work under a subsidiary of Trinity Health. They are mandating “the jab,” but provide opportunity for a religious exemption. I filed for that. If it does not fly, then I will have no choice but to change jobs.
The virus is man made. Its supposed cure is man made. We’ve never faced this in history. It makes no sense to circumvent natural immunity on the basis of media hype.

If you quit, then you will not have a lawsuit of wrongful termination and you cannot get unemployment.
Make them fire you. That way you will have a legal case, you can collect unemployment if worked over a year. Plus your job will have to hire a new person, train them and get them up to speed. That’s a long process and costs a lot of money.
If even 10% of your coworkers do that, then it will hurt the business. They will not be able to do it or it will be very costly. Certainly if they have to pay lawyers for lawsuits, pay unemployment, pay to search, hire and train a new employee.
Again make them fire you so you have a case. Do not quit or you will lost out big time.
There should be no question about religious exemption.
You claim it. Then when they want excessive testing, they are discriminating for religious exemption.
