Attorney General Mark Brnovich has opened an investigation into Maricopa County’s failure to comply with valid and enforceable legislative subpoenas as requested by Arizona State Senator Sonny Borrelli. Senator Borrelli made the request last week after Maricopa County officials defied a Senate subpoena.

If a violation is found, the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors will have 30 days to resolve it. If they fail, “the Attorney General will notify the State Treasurer, who shall withhold and redistribute from Maricopa County state shared monies”.
The law was clearly violated and Brnovich needs to decide if he is going to fight for the voters or let these criminals go.

Democrats. Subpoenas? Bwahahahahahaha! Ignored.
Open an investigation? WTH? If it was you or me they’d just lock us up. Hold them in contempt or whatever, but dicking around won’t get it done.
Where the heck has he been?
So the AG will conduct an investigation and then complete a report that must be completed in 30 days? Geez!
What about simplying enforcing the subpoenas now?
Oh, but there will be a report! In 30 days!
Oh, the AG is going to write a report in a month, and then, after that, give Maricopa County even more time to not comply.
On every news network running for governor, talking tough and doing absolutely nothing.
‘bout time.
The democrats just do no knock raids.
bttt
Ah! Another “report.” “Thirty days” Lolololol!!!!! Here we go again!
The Maricopa Board of Supervisors is controlled by Republicans. The stolen election is fully bipartisan in nature.
Well, there is that since the gopE couldn’t stand an interloper getting in instead of one of their chosen ones.
What is there to investigate and what takes 30 days?
>>Oh, but there will be a report! In 30 days!
Perhaps it will be a “sternly worded” report, though. That will surely make the rue the day.
Does this AG investigate a murder and then write a report on the main suspect or ARREST THEM?!!
Not mentioned in the article... he will be using Durham”s crack report writing team to get it done this decade.
Sounds to me like the 30 day response requirement is statutory rather than arbitrary in nature. At least the ball is rolling on this. They’ll be plenty of time for cynicism if the deadline is not met. The cynics were the ones predicting the Arizona audit wouldn’t ever happen, but it did.
