Arizona state Senator Wendy Rogers made it clear on Thursday that one of the primary goals of the Maricopa County audit is for other states and counties where Dominion machines were used to follow Arizona’s lead and conduct a full forensic audit of their results.
This is why, according to Sen. Rogers, Arizona’s leadership is taking time to “get it right” so that their process can be replicated and “used and moved forward in other states.”
The senator went on to claim that “100% proof” or a “smoking gun” is not needed to decertify the 2020 election results, which she says are “inaccurate.’
Speaking to John Fredericks of Real America’s Voice, Sen. Rogers stated as follows:
"The goal is to have other states do it because I called, as you know, for decertification early on after the preliminary hearing was done. And as having said that, as I was saying, that… the certification that we turned in… in January, we now know had to have been innaccurate based on all of these anomalous points that we still have."
"You don’t have to have a 100% proof or smoking gun to decertify — to say what you handed in was inaccurate."

I believe she does though. Assuming that’s correct, it’s a promising sign.
I think that her timing in making that statement kind of rots.
Where are the results of the audit? And what happened with the request that was filed with the AZ AG to go after the election board?

If the chain of custody is broken or uncertain, the evidense is ruled inadmissible. The defense does not have to prove that something dodgy actually happened to the evidence.
So same principle applies here. If the rules were broken and dodgy stuff could have happened as a result, toss the results.
Logic would dictate that the burden of proof that the election was fair and the reported results accurate would rest with the Secretary of State, since she certified the election results. It certainly should not rest with those who are auditing the ballots and the process. So, as Senator Rogers says, all that they should have to demonstrate is that there is significant evidence that the reported results are questionable. It is Katie Hobbs’ responsibility to prove them wrong.

WE may not know, but SHE knows the results of the first phase of the audit. Apparently, the canvassing is going on now.
From what has been publicly released by President Fann and by public testimony from the audit team members we have a pretty good idea of what is going to be disclosed.
So she is expecting other states to initiate their own audit process only after the AZ report is issued ? If all they are waiting on are the canvass reports, maybe put out an interim set of findings that are basically complete now.

I listened to lawyer Robert Barnes on Viva and Barns podcast. He seems to have his act together on the lawsuits and recounts. He said that even if the results of the election are decertified, that once someone is in office the Supreme Court will not intervene. The reason is the courts have held that at some point, an election is a done deal. That point is when the results are certified. The court has never taken a case once the results are certified because, at some point, there has to be a “done deal.” Otherwise, every election would be challenged for ever. Also, this sort of lawsuit, audit, new findings have been going on for decades; not just for this most recent election.

Well, Wendy is wrong. You have to have evidence. It is important to understand what CyberNinjas have provided so far in testimony:
*Allegations and assertions that they found 74,000 more returned ballots than sent
*a host of irregularities regarding the sharpies
*other issues with absentee ballots-—all just in Maricopa County.
What they have not yet provided is the proof to the Senate. I am getting concerned that they won’t be able to have that proof without the keys & routers, which clearly MCBOS is NOT going to give them, and the Senate can subpoena all they want but no one is forcing MDBOS to play ball.
