A continuation from the spring “Which Vaccine to Get” thread. Almost half a year has passed since. Discussion of the three Covid vaccines currently available in the USA — Comparisons. Contrasts. Pros. Cons. First hand experiences, scientific insights, etc...
The current vaccines available on the market are:
1) Pfizer/BioNTech (mRNA) 2 doses
2) Moderna (mRNA) 2 doses
3) Johnson & Johnson (DNA adenovirus vector) 1 dose
4) Boosters of mRNA
Where’s the “None of the above” choice?

The vax that works is only for Pooh and his buddies.
The one they sell, doesn’t work.
I defer to virologists on this point but I believe natural immunity would be best for healthy younger people. These vaccines replicate the spike protein on the virus so the human body can recognize it and attack it in case of future infection. But what happens when the virus mutates its spike protein? A natural infection should have developed the body’s memory t-cells to identify the virus beyond just the spike. These vaccines, maybe not so much. Which is why a few, mostly censored, voices have said it is a bad idea to administer vaccines in the midst of a pandemic.
Again I will defer to the experts if I am mistaken, or if the voices are mistaken. I think it is too early to know for sure - and maybe we never will know for sure since it is a live experiment in progress whatever we do learn will be made of a lot of post hoc data collection.

I have natural immunity but if I had to get one that would be it——why?
Because it’s the only one the government and media “bashed”.
As I understand it, the best “vaccine” for the CCP Virus is to get Covid and naturally recover. None of the commercial vaccines last very long (hence the need for boosters). They aren’t like the measles or mumps vaccines we got as kids. Natural antibodies are the most effective.
So the best “vaccine” is to have someone with The Vid sneeze in your face.

Haven’t had the flu since mid 1980’s, haven’t had a cold in 20 years, got the fauci flu in Jan 2020!, gave me a mild head cold for 2 days. Tried to catch it again last Thanksgiving by going over and getting close to my neighbors when they were Sick, Nothing

Alternatively, we could build on your suggestion with Fear, Uncertainty, Compliance and Distortion, FUC'D ... which we are if this keeps up much longer.
Although it also does genetic manipulation it’s based on established biotech. I’m really not fond of flooding my body with mRNA.

Wait till other vaccines that are in clinical trials get approval (after showing fewer and less dangerous reactions) such as the Oravax vaccine.

Moderna had never made a vaccine before the Covid-1984 one.
But the vaccines induce your genetic apparatus to make foreign proteins.
They cause your own body to start making virus proteins and then stick these foreign proteins into the lining of your cells.
