The beheaded body of a Minnesota woman was found on a sidewalk in Shakopee, a suburb of Minneapolis, on Wednesday.
On Thursday, the Shakopee Police Department identified the victim as 55-year-old America Mafalda Thayer of Shakopee. The police department said they responded to a report of an attack at the intersection of Fourth Avenue and Spencer Street at around 2:31 p.m. on Wednesday.
Shakopee Police announced they have arrested a suspect, 42-year-old Alexis Saborit, also of Shakopee, on suspicion of second-degree murder.
Saborit is being held in the Scott County Jail, pending murder charges.
Shakopee Police Chief Jeff Tate told Bring Me The News that a bystander captured the brutal attack on video and shared it on social media.

Well, yes, but, what exactly would you expect a bystander to do to “stop it?” If you encountered a guy hacking the head off a woman in the street, and you were probably unarmed, what would you have done?

Reminds me of that lady in New York who was gang raped and murdered in an alley. Dozens of neighbors heard her screaming for help, but not a single person called the police.

How in the hell do you chop someone’s head of and get charged with 2nd murder, because it was in the heat of the moment? why were they carrying a knife big enough to do the job.
My take, if there is video of the act than he doesn’t belong among the living, firing squad immediately and make the world a better place.
Very tough call. The observer may be very aware of their own physical limitations. Recording it sounds cold but we're being invaded by foreigners with the aid of our own corrupt government and korporate propagandists. Video evidence is critical against those who have denied this invasion for decades.
Recording it instead of attempting to stop the attacker doesn't help this victim but may prevent thousands of others. Keep in mind the seditionists in government who have outright stated they believe there are millions of Americans who need to be killed.
