Well this is seriously sketchy, and feel free to correct me if my interpretation is incorrect, but the CDC has recently released a Lab Alert notifying healthcare providers they are withdrawing their emergency use request of the SARS-COV-2 rapid response diagnostic; and informing test centers to adopt new, modified, COVID testing that does not conflate influenza (the flu) with positive results for COVID-19.
This looks like a back-door admission that many of the COVID positive results were actually, perhaps intentionally & purposefully, Flu cases diagnosed as COVID. If so, this would explain why the number of cases of influenza disappeared over the last 18 months…..
This is certainly a suspicious development…. which, no doubt, they will have a plan to justify.

Exactly. I have been commenting on EXACTLY this for quite some time. Many months ago numerous people noticed that the incidents of reported Influenza hospitalizations and deaths plummeted to a Fraction of Historical Norms.
Now the CDC admits that their approved testing protocol cannot distinguish between the Wuhan Virus and the Influenza Virus.
If we use Historical Norms for Influenza and Subtract that from the Covid “data” the result is THERE IS NO Covid Pandemic at all. Meanwhile, Gov’ts worldwide are demanding and forcing all people to take an EXPERIMENTAL Jab that is known to KILL.
Plenty to be suspicious about in regards to COVID-19 vaccination etc.

I’m wondering if the change in testing is not due to problems with the vaccine. Perhaps it is due instead to Fauci being exposed for his ties to the Wuhan lab.
Maybe they (Fauci and his gang) want to be able to argue that no harm was done.

The flu and covid have almost opposite demographics.
Flu hits younger people harder than older people whereas covid hits older people with co morbidity hard and really has little to no severity in the very young.
That said, the flu or covid is not hitting young people like it normally does, perhaps due to the lock downs, masks and other covid mitigation efforts.
Some thing is not adding up.
There are various reasonable explanations for this, and some of these reasonable explanations lead you to some very dark conclusions .
Did I miss the announcement wherein the testing could differentiate between regular old COVID and the new and faster spreading Delta, Delta +, and that latest variant lambda.. COVID has taken on a supernatural reproduction..
I am curious because the state of Missouri, found ‘Delta’ in wastewater treatment facilities across the state of Missouri in May 2021, before the testers announced the infection of actual flesh bodies ... went so called ‘hot’ in the state well into July? What happened in May 2021 that made the wastewater treatment facilities go hot first?

Wrong. What they are doing is retiring one test of many abs recommending covid tests be out in a panel with flu tests and likely an rsv test as well. The covid test differentiates from the flu quite well. When someone is seen with respiratory symptoms it is recommended you test for covid, flu a and B and rsv together. any establishes the diagnosis early on and concomitant infection with covid and flu has been reported

Mom MD, unfortunately you are incorrect, the CDC itself said the Covid PCR test CANNOT differentiate between influenza and Covid in this report.
Not what they said last week or year for that matter. But facts change fast under socialism. You are just going to have to catch up.

b) administered properly
c) not contaminated like the early ones were by the govt. retired-in-place chair warmers at the CDC
d) associated with the actual people tested
e) calibrated
f) honestly reported.

My doctor told me in April that no one can even get a flu test processed.
That isn’t what the CDC said.
The assay they’re retiring was put out very early in the pandemic and was only for Covid.

There are now plenty of tests available that can identify Covid or influenza from one sample. The CDC is recommending replacing the Covid-only test with one of these.
