The TX Senate allows filibusters but not the House. They do have a quorum rule, however. Absences require an excuse, but I’m not sure what the penalty is.

Yes, and remember, in order to avoid voting on a bill about voter integrity, they threw their own integrity out the window.
Also, these people are guilty of accepting political bribes and should be held accountable.
