Who killed Ashli Babbitt? His name is Lt. Michael Byrd. So the only deliberate killing on January 6 was a black male police officer who shot a white female Trump supporter through the neck. Are you still puzzled why the media is hiding Byrd's identity?

It is nearly unheard of that the actor in an officer-involved shooting, whether the person shot dies or not, is not followed by an investigation and the naming of the officer.

This is the one who left his loaded gun in the Capitol men’s room.
The one who protected the congressmen at the baseball game was David Bailey, whom people here first blamed for shooting Ashli Babbitt. He didn’t, however, and that’s why it’s irresponsible to leap onto something like this until it’s pretty solidly confirmed.
I think Byrd is confirmed, if only by the silence of the Capitol police and everybody else when he is mentioned.

It wasn’t the hero cop someone was trying to shop through this site first, he didn’t look anything like the guy on the cellphone recording, imo that was disinformation to try to get Conservatives to jump all over the man who saved Steve Scalise, it was disinformation, it was a trap (and a rather obvious one imo).
Dinesh D’Souza here repeats what has become the conventional conservative narrative on Ashli’s death. He says nothing about Aaron Babbitt’s lawsuit or about any other attempts to force the Capitol Police to admit the truth and to put Mike Byrd on trial.
No, but that officer, David Bailey, was originally the target of 4chan and qanon conspiracy theorists who claimed he was the shooter. As usual, they were wrong.
Those are the facts. I would caution against unbridled passions that would extrapolate any further than we already know, namely that the leftist press is in no way to be trusted, and in every way to be ridiculed and ignored.
