As angry parents coast to coast continue to rebel against leftist indoctrination of their children at school, the nation's largest teachers' unions have let it be known that they will support Marxist and socialist teachers who are teaching Critical Race Theory anyway.
In other words, "Ha, ha, parents, we have your children, we are going to indoctrinate them as we wish, and what are you going to do about it?"
What some irate parents have done about it is to appear at school board meetings. The discourse has been raucous. Some have filed lawsuits. Others have initiated recalls of leftist school board members. In some states like Florida, Texas, Idaho, Iowa, Oklahoma, and Tennessee, legislatures have banned the teaching of Critical Race Theory. Similar bills banning the teaching of CRT and the bogus 1619 Project are pending in 17 other states.
Against this tide of parental and legislative antipathy, the National Education Association, in a pique of enmity, voted over the weekend to support teaching Critical Race Theory in Kâ12 schools, approving a "New Business Item" that, among other things, establishes a task force for developing a curriculum focusing more deeply on Critical Race Theory.
The American Federation of Teachers (AFT), another national teachers union, has promised legal action against parents and school boards who refuse to allow CRT to be taught.
Randi Weingarten, president of the AFT, vowed recently to file as many lawsuits as it takes to keep shoving CRT down the throats of vulnerable children.
Take that, parents!
So just what exactly is Critical Race Theory? Well, first, it is just that â a theory, and a flawed and unscientific one at that.

How long will parents even let their kids go to these indoctrination centers? If a third of parents homeschooled it would make an impact. Or if people stopped paying their property taxes with other coalitions and put their tax money in an escrow account until these commie pigs relent. Something radical needs to be done.
Actually, in highly urbanized areas (Atlanta, Baltimore, St Louis, Detroit, etc)....the ‘demons’ are the kids, and they run the schools. So this socialistic agenda is going nowhere, and teachers get 100-percent disrespect.
In systems where Covid-vacation occurred...parents woke up and realized the minimal value of education offered, and home-schooling got the nod.
In four years, we may wake up and see that 25-percent of teachers in America are being laid off either because of kids on home-schooling, or counties that fired the woke-teachers. The question then is....where are the jobs for these losers to pay back their college loans?
The kids run the schools? I don’t get it. Where are the adults?
Teachers continually give these interviews (from the aspect of inner city schools) and it’s obvious that neither the school administration or the teachers control whats going on. It’s a jungle-like atmosphere, with zero learning going on.
If parents don’t do something quick, their babies will grow up to be Bernie Sanders’; porn writers and communists and live off the American Public Taxpayer. The people of Vermont must be total idiots to have kept Sanders in office.
For many years I was self conscious about having left home so early that I got no higher education , beyond a few random, practical, college classes . But now that I am older , and albeit low income, I am so thankful that I do not obey scintilla of Leftist brainwashing programmed into me . Zero...nada . I’ll take the poverty over indoctrination, any day...
Notice how parents seem to be on their own. Why vote?

Answer: It is already too late. Look at the colleges and look at the kids going in vs. coming out. They are little idiot radicals so often when they come out it is insane.

For the ones who care, the answer is ‘for as long as test scores are high’, or should I say for as long as they’re TOLD that test scores are high. Also, for as long as the schools are ‘free’.
For the rest of the parents, they already accept it as nothing more than day care, and as a reasonable price for being able to vote against white domination.

People will NEVER do that on their own in decent numbers, and I’m sure you know that - far too many downsides in trying that stunt.
It is up to STATE GOVERNMENTS to break up the schools (maybe by just what you suggest), but I don’t know of a single case where that even gets discussed.
Yes, the children run the schools and are actually viewed as the source of wisdom.
At one time, elders were revered - now they are ridiculed.
One of our neighbors who has 3 kids in the local public schools told us that you keep your mouth shut to protect your kids from being singled out. You go along to get along.
Then maybe parents need to file as as many lawsuits as it takes to stop it.
I agree, it is a jungle in Red cities run by Dems. The smart kids who actually want to learn get the beat down for ‘acting white’ and the teachers are afraid so they mainly let them watch videos.
Last year I switched one teen to private school and one to homeschooling. Just in time apparently.
