White House Press Secretary Jen Psaki appeared on Medhi Hasan’s show. Now, because Hasan is a leftist, you don’t hear it phrased as people demanding freedom from Communism; it’s phrased as people being upset about the pandemic or wanting medicines/vaccines.
Hasan asked Psaki if she was going to comment on what was happening in Cuba. What was the U.S. government’s advice to the Cuban government? Hasan asked her. She gave a terrible answer.
Now, what she should have done is warn them not to harm the people and/or call out the Communist government. Instead she said, “I don’t know that the government is waiting for our advice.” No, they’re not, which is why you should give it, rather than act so impotently. You should be warning them not to hurt the people.
Psaki then echoed the false call that this is just about the economy, food, and medicine. Where are her words supporting their call for freedom? Recognizing they’re calling for the end to the Communist dictatorship? She seems complexly oblivious to what they’re actually asking for. Her words of support for that are completely missing in action.
Why would the Junta comment on a Capitalist Revolution there when they have not finished their Communist Revolution here?

Maybe “different norms” also covers Cuba
This may be the first political event to hit the Biden Administration’s radar that they are totally unprepared for. Its going to take a while for the bring trust to figure out what b is going on, what they want to do about it, how they want to publicly characterize their actions, and finally tell Joe what to say.
Sit tight. This will take days.

I hope, when it collapses, American troops will not invade Cuba to restore back the regime.
But with the Alleged President rule, one really does not know.
Communism is dictatorship that exerts control over every aspect of social life. In Cuba this has been brought about by a strong man.
Here in the US it is a junta, a cabal of entrenched bureaucrats and ideologues, who have, through fraud and control of every major tool of communications and power, achieved domination over the masses and control of the central levers of power.
Their authority is absolute. They are openly and agressively seeking to eradicate the last vestiges of opposition to their regime.
This tightly knit, well organized, party of ideologues and fanatics have propped up a figurehead who evidences weakness in his personal mental capacities. This is a ruse.
Biden is a ruthless demogogue. He weilds absolute control over his own actions and those of the junta he leads.
Biden is, by every standard, a thoroughly corrupt politician willing to do what ever is required to gain and hold power.
As one who admires the domination exerted by the Cuban junta, Biden and his lackeys have no interest in supporting the faint outcries of an opressed people anywhere, much less in Cuba.
Biden doesn’t want to offend AOC and the mainstream press by criticizing communism and the Castro regime.

Great line, except she's not pstupid.
She is a willful, agreeable talking head, that realizes her personal wealth and health depend on her protecting the figure head known as slow joe.
Her lies are just part of her accepted job, and she knows that they are lies, but cares more for the money than any integrity that she may have at one time possessed.
Her biggest problem, is she is not a good liar.

Sad, but true.
She is a democrat. What else would you expect. Just look at what Biden is saying about why the Cuban people are democstating and you will get an idea of where what she is saying is coming from.
