Earlier this week Pennsylvania State Senator Doug Mastriano initiated a full forensic audit of the 2020 presidential election on several Pennsylvania counties.
This news obviously shocked the Democrat state leaders in Pennsylvania.
Late Friday the Pennsylvania Department of State issued a directive prohibiting county election boards from cooperating with the Senate’s election audit.
According to the directive from the Secretary of State’s office:
▪️ Elections officials may not turn over election material to third parties.

▪️ Any equipment turned over to a third party cannot be used again in an election.
▪️ The state will not reimburse counties for the cost of replacement equipment.
Senator Doug Mastriano later posted a response to the overreach by the Secretary of State.
Mastriano understands the power of the Legislature to oversee elections and conduct investigations to serve that constitutional purpose.

The above mentioned “Women’s PAC” and their members are the reason we conservatives get into a pickle.
I am THRILLED that we have some women with strength of principles and character and a spine.

The elections officials might not go to jail or be prosecuted but they cannot stop the legislature from calling for an audit. Too bad if the elections officials if they do not like it, but the power to call an audit has been delegated to the legislature.
If necessary they can be ordered by the courts to follow constitutional law, but in all honesty the courts do not have to get involved at all. Just the legislature.

I think there is great vulnerability pretty close to the surface in the PA SOS office, or Bookovar , who was the vicious SOS until February 2021 , would not have suddenly resigned supposedly over failure to publicly post a legislative procedure ( about institutional abuse of children I believe) before the deadline. Maybe she got a lot of money from somebody and didn’t hide it well.
