Leaked Confidentiality Agreement Shows Moderna, NIAID Filed Covid Vaccine Candidate in 2019
A blockbuster report form Dr. Joseph Mercola has remained under the radar from the press. Even conservative and ‘fringe” outlets have barely scratched the surface of what should be considered a major scandal in the world of Big Pharm. Apparently, certain people at Moderna and the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID) had knowledge of the coronavirus long before the rest of the public. They even had enough time to file an application for a coronavirus mRNA vaccine candidate in December, 2019.

At that time, most were blissfully unaware of the pandemic that would change the world in the next few months. It wasn’t until December 31, 2019, that the COVID-19 outbreak was first reported from Wuhan, China,1 and at this point it was only referred to as cases of viral pneumonia, not a novel coronavirus.2 I say “most” because it seems some people may have been aware of something lurking much earlier than it appeared.
In confidential documents3 revealed by the U.K.’s Daily Expose, Moderna, together with the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID), sent mRNA coronavirus vaccine candidates to the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill December 12, 2019 — raising significant red flags. As The Daily Expose reported:4
COVID-19 Vaccine Candidate Was Released Prior to Pandemic The confidential disclosure agreement relays a material transfer agreement between the providers — Moderna, NIAID and the National Institutes of Health (NIH) — and the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. The providers agreed to transfer “mRNA coronavirus vaccine candidates developed and jointly-owned by NIAID and Moderna” to the university’s investigator.5
“The material transfer agreement was signed the December 12th 2019 by Ralph Baric, PhD, at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and then signed by Jacqueline Quay, Director of Licensing and Innovation Support at the University of North Carolina on December 16th 2019,” Daily Expose noted.

Probably proves a pLandemic but that says nothing about the usefulness of the vax itself.
Vaccines for SARS-1 and MERS, both of which are coronaviruses, were being worked on by Moderna prior to the current Wuhan virus.
Was that before, or after FRAUDci became an investor?
March 2nd 2020, I returned to Chapel Hill, NC for my prescheduled annual physical and they looked at me like I was an alien.

I wonder if he did pose much of a threat in that his presidency created the perfect environment to weaken the US government by creating such a division in the public that nothing said by either side was believed. That crisis of authority is extremely dangerous to any national structure - just read about a similar social upheaval prior to the French, Russian and Chinese revolutions. The incredible political pressure leveled on Trump increased the necessity to find a quick solution to COVID. This plus his pro-business stance made it easy to sell the mRNA vaccine as the only solution to the pandemic.

And a guy from Moderna headed the fast-track plan for the Government. Moderna is a fairly new company (since 2010) that was created to develop mRNA technology. They have applied for numerous patents but so far none have been approved by the FDA. Including the current one they are distributing.
However, the glaring elephant in that room is this....
So there was little to no need for any new SARS1 or MERS vaccine to be investigated. Drug R&D, including vaccines, is extremely expensive. Drug companies don't go through the process unless they think there is a commercial need.
This looks to me like sometime BEFORE Dec 12th, 2019, a LOT more people in this country knew that a new and highly contagious coronavirus was on the loose in China (and perhaps elsewhere by then) and Moderna was teaming up with UNC (no doubt among other research universities/entities) to try and determine if either: (a) one of their existing coronavirus vaccines would be effective against this emerging virus...or...(b) a newly developed coronavirus vaccine specific to SARS-COV-2 needed additional outside study.
This must be investigated further to determine which coronavirus Moderna was newly collaborating on with UNC in mid December 2019. The timing & financials are highly suspicious. Needs further investigation from some intrepid journalist.

On page 44 of the document per the pdf pages linked, it includes “Zika Virus samples.”
The Zika virus belongs to the family Flaviviridae and genus Flavivirus. Flaviviruses are a type of arbovirus, a large group encompassing RNA-viruses which often rely on arthropod vectors such as mosquitoes or ticks for transmission. Other arboviruses include dengue, yellow fever, West Nile virus, Japanese encephalitis virus and chikungunya.
Just that Trump promoted the pharma companies uncritically. The close ties between pharma and the government agencies that are involved with them has created the environment for tremendous corruption in the process of approving pharmaceuticals. I just think it’s strange the government gave approval for an emergency use of a COVID vaccine manufactured by a company that has had the most monetary damage awards against it than any other pharmaceutical company, Pfizer.
Agree. Plus the suppression of any early treatment through repurposing already existing pharmaceuticals to care for for COVID patients before hospitalization.

This was early in the virus and they were very scared of it and me. The Primary Care Dr called the infectious disease specialist at the med school to ask for assistance.
At this time there was very little information and no tests available.
They made me put on a mask and isolated me.
I came into the USA on a Korean Air (Delta Affiliate) on February 26th direct from Soul to Boston. At the time Soul South Korea was having a major outbreak.
Korean Air does many of the domestic flights in China, including Wuhan.
There was virtually no security check arriving in Boston other than a few questions about where I had traveled. (5 countries, most bordering China) I got on a connecting flight to RDU and home.

Well, with limited incoming info (from FRAIDci, etc) and absolutely NO media on his side, and...the threat of millions of deaths (again, FRAUDci and the lying media/DS), what alternatives did he have?
He’d already touted safe and effective treatments like HCQ, that were wrongly vilified by the same.
I don’t think his business background had anything to do with why he “promoted” pharm companies. He certainly couldn’t question them, with the lying jackals already at his throat.
