This morning, Arizona State Senator Kelly Townsend informed us on how to protect ourselves against Vaccine Nazis.
I have spoken to local law enforcement and if you don't want the Federal government on your property asking about vaccines, they advise you to post a no trespassing sign in a visible location. This is a prerequisite to be able to charge someone for being there against your will.

I live rural.
WE have perimeter fences.
That is sufficient for locals.
I have MORE NO TRESPASSING SIGNS on my shopping list.
Considering open carry whenever outside the house.

I think we all know that if someone asks us a question we don’t like, it is perfectly appropriate to demand they first answer, “Are you a junkie? Are you?” And then don’t answer their question.
After all, this is a Republic of free people. If it’s OK for the citizen we elect to serve us as president to answer questions that way, it has to be OK for the rest of us citizens. Doesn’t it? Or is this no longer a free Republic?

I live in MO...you know, one of the 'cluster' states where us hayseeds are choosing not to get the "jab". Anyhoo, if, and that's a big if, a gov a-hole comes knocking and inquiring about the "jab", I plan on asking the gov a-hole if they've had the "jab" and of course he/she/it will respond by saying 'yes'. Then I will ask he/she/it 'then what are you worried about'? And, not waiting for the answer, I will direct them off of my property.
I'm considering purchasing 'No Tresspassing' and 'No Solicitation' signs for my frontdoor which should prevent the above scenario from occurring.

I don’t see any big deal.
I am at work most of the time on weekdays and go out and play on the weekends.
If they do come around while I am home, I’ll just tell them to leave.

... post a no trespassing sign in a visible location. This is a prerequisite to be able to charge someone for being there against your will. I'm no lawyer but I don't believe that posting a sign is a prerequisite to charging someone for trespassing. If I tell someone to leave my property and they don't they are then in violation of the law.
In CO the old (and still valid) "make my day" law may apply if they get squirrely about not leaving. But first I'd be on my phone dialing the county Sheriff who is very law and order and a conservative.

I was told that the first time a person trespasses, it is considered a warning. Property owner records date and time. The second time that same person trespasses (now knowingly) that's when action can be taken.
...and that's why "they" never send the same person twice to the same location.

It is sad, but I will be getting signs this weekend to put up even though I highly doubt anyone will come by.

If you tell someone to leave and they don’t leave they’re violating the law too.
If they want to send multiple people to get thrown off my property multiple times I would definitely have a harassment lawsuit in the making.
