In today’s world everybody wealthy wants to make history. Wants their NAME up there as some important progressive artist, some colossal rule breaker, some rebel and decent human being. It’s contradictory and shallow but if you have the coin like Hollywood actors or Bill Gates you can indulge your fantasies. So you end up reading what these “important” people are doing and groan because it’s just egomaniacal nonsense. But society incrementally changes for the worse with these uneducated idiots. America is almost like some wealthy kid who wants to play Russian roulette for the kicks of being alive. Give them enough time these people will kill America and not ever suspect they were doing something wrong and stupid. Common sense is boring to them — it doesn’t show off your status, doesn’t care to see your name in lights or heralded in all the newspapers, in fact, it lowers you to plebeians status. Common sense is, lets face it, so common. It is used for survival, but not the rarifies antics of the ruling class.
This is not a new story. But you just wouldn’t think it would show up so soon, in your lifetime.
Woke policy is arbitrary by design. As it increasingly is used to reflect government policy, wokeness will be useful in crushing anyone who has even a hint of adhering to traditional values. But it is so utterly based on illogic, woke policy will inevitably fail, however, not before leaving enormous destruction in its wake.
