Sgt. Daniel Perry, an army soldier who shot and killed an armed BLM-Antifa protester in Austin last July was indicted on a murder charge on Thursday.
Perry’s lawyer, Clint Broden, argued his client, who was driving Uber when rioters mobbed his car, was acting in self-defense after the BLM activist, Garrett Foster pointed a gun at him.

If you’re black, any crime is a misdemeanor.
If you’re white or a conservative, any action you take to protect yourself from a black committing a misdemeanor that results in the black being injured, you are automatically charged with a crime.

If you have to point, might as well pull - the trigger. Either way we’re screwed with most of these prosecutors.
So if a rioter shoots someone then nothing. But when a citizen protects themselves against a rioter (blm-antifa) then it’s murder.
You have a perfect understanding of Government policy in every Democrat-controlled area.
And your vote does not matter. Democrats count the votes. They make sure that only the "right people" get into office.
Plan accordingly.

I have not kept up. Is he getting out of it or is he gonna do time. No way or judge or jury can not say it was self defense. Granted he should not have went there but it was his choice. Carrying a rifle. Which turned out to be the right thing to do if your there. I love seeing the last guy that got a hole blown through his arm. Backs off and then pulls a gun to shoot him, after watching him shoot someone in self defense for trying to take his head off with a skateboard. The skate board guy took a few steps after shot (which surprised me) and drops. He decides to try anyways and gets a hole in the arm and runs away like little bitch and screams for help. Like he was doing something right. They helped him which let me know this was planned on a massive scale for that town. The first guy was immediately loaded up and drove off.
Rittenhouse’s case is still pending. But the prosecutors made sure that they had him incarcerated without bail for as long a possible, the ultimate unconstitutional deprivation of freedom from an innocent-until-proven-guilty citizen. The leftists know no principle, only power and intimidation.
This is a recurring theme: in several high-profile cases in the last year, it is citizens who exercise their right of self-defense against leftist mobs who find themselves accused of crimes. Meanwhile, the mobs run free.
We are no longer allowed to protect ourselves. Even if an officer shoots an aggressive, charging thug (Michael Brown) and doesn’t get prosecuted for murder, his livlihood is still ruined and he finds himself with no other opportunities in law enforcement.
Essentially, if you shoot someone else in a good shoot, you shoot yourself.
