Texas Soldier Who Shot BLM Protester Indicted On Murder Charge – Multiple Videos Reveal That He Is Acting in Self-Defense And Is Innocent

A Travis County grand jury has indicted an active-duty former Fort Hood Army sergeant on charges of murder, deadly conduct and aggravated assault in the 2020 shooting death of an armed Austin protester.

Perry, who was stationed at Fort Hood, was working for a ride-sharing company and just dropped off a customer when he turned onto a street filled with people protesting police brutality.

He stopped his car, honked, and seconds later, police said Perry drove his car into the crowd, The Texas Tribune reported.

But videos show that he was under attack contradictory to the police reports!

The man who defended himself against BLM rioters was indicted today a year after the incident is yet another example of how illegitimate our justice system is.

Army Sgt Daniel Perry was driving Uber when rioters mobbed his car and pointed a gun towards him

Below is the video that is widely shared by the mainstream media:

When the crowd surrounded the car Perry encountered Foster, a 28-year-old Air Force veteran, who was holding an AK-47 rifle. The rifle was legal under Texas open carry laws.

The media describes mobbing his car and pointing a gun towards him as “motioned with the assault rifle for Mr. Perry to lower his window”.

Shortly before being killed Garrett made it clear why he was there as you can see in the video below:

Also, the media or the police in their court documents never mentioned that another BLM rioter shot at Perry shortly after he defended himself. Perry then fled and immediately called the police upon getting to safety.

Perry’s attorney, Clint Broden, said Perry had dropped off a passenger near Congress Ave. in downtown Austin and was waiting for more clients when he encountered the group of protesters.

According to the press release from Broden, “when Sgt. Perry turned on Congress Avenue, several people started beating on his vehicle. An individual carrying an assault rifle, now known to be Garrett Foster, quickly approached the car and then motioned with the assault rifle for Mr. Perry to lower his window.”

Broden said Perry believed Foster was with law enforcement and complied. Perry then fired the handgun after Foster raised his assault rifle toward him.

After Perry fired his handgun, a member of the crowd began firing on Perry’s vehicle, according to Broden.

Broden said Perry never left his vehicle following the shooting but immediately called police upon getting to safety.

Perry turned himself into the Travis County Jail on Thursday.

Texas is a stand your ground state, but it looks like that doesn't apply if you defend yourself from those with a system-approved ideology!

Sadly, if he acted in opposition to $blm/pantyfa activities, he’ll be guilty. Derek Chauvin-— Just sayin’.

The DOJ aka Department of Justice has morphed into the DOI aka Department of Injustice. Might as well get use to anyone defending themselves against violent criminals who end up hurt or dead being accused harming the poor perp.

There is an organization called Second Call Defense that offers a very comprehensive legal resource that protects the gunowner involved in a lawful defense of himself against this kind of crap. Their info is at https://www.secondcalldefense.org/. And no, I don’t profit from this at all but I do enjoy their coverage.

Here is the flaw.
He drove into the protest area armed.
He could have easily bypassed it.
This shows some degree of pre-meditation.

If he had turned around, drove the other way and then someone pulled a gun, then he would be 100% in the right.

Travis County DA should be disbarred and indicted for prosecutorial abuse.

"The DOJ aka Department of Justice has morphed into the DOI aka Department of Injustice. "

It's been a very long time since it's had anything to do with justice. In 2023, it will be thirty years since the Clintons were in the White House.

I don’t do this often, but I call that logic BS. As a tax payer, a person can traverse any public road they want. (With due reason of course, accidents, mainteneance, yellow taped off...public safety measures and investigations). The protesters had just as much right as another to use the pathway. The thugs don’t get a pass to control parts of the city roadways.

The blm flag turns you into a super-protected individual. The government will actively prosecute anyone who offends you.
The Kasden flag, the Confederate flag, the US flag, a MAGA hat, all get you thrown in jail for breathing.

Travis County is officially a no-go zone for certain IDF groups, including mine, as the authorities have shown themselves very hostile to Jewish people who might defend themselves against likely aggression.

It’s the only location on the list in Texas.

Did you read the article? He was a Uber driver that just dropped off a passenger and found himself in the middle of a protest where people were illegally blocking the road. His choice to be armed is a right that he has as did the person he shot. Pointing a rifle at someone is a crime and warrants the use of deadly force in self defense. This is Austin and that is the only reason he has been indicted.
