Fox News television host Tucker Carlson announced during his nightly show on Monday that he has been warned by a whistleblower about plans made by the National Security Agency to intercept his electronic communications and use them as leverage to force “Tucker Carlson Tonight” off the airwaves, in an unethical and unconstitutional breach of power. “Yesterday we heard from a whistleblower within the U.S. government who reached out to warn us that the NSA, the National Security Agency, is monitoring our electronic communications and is planning to leak them in an attempt to take this show off the air,” Carlson stated. “Now that’s a shocking claim, and ordinarily we’d be skeptical of it, it is illegal for the NSA to spy on American citizens, it’s a crime. This is not a third-world country, things like that should not happen in America. But unfortunately, they do happen, and in this case, they did happen.”

Its fairly clear the NSA can break VPN most encryption based on AES systems.
Its unclear if they can break RSA 4k and unlikely RSA 8k encryption.
I thought it strange that back in the 90’s when these decisions were being made, Intel came up with a encryption key based on the current analog output of the internal CPU thermal sensor.

This was only a concept but for some reason, this went global in fighting Intel from implementing it.
It probably would have been very secure and unlikely the NSA could ever break it as it would change depending on the current CPU power demands.

The NSA could have created an email out of thin air but now they know the general tone of Tucker’s conversations and can sprinkle in untruths in each email before leaking them.
