100 Percent Fed Up reports – Attorney Sidney Powell appeared on Lindell TV with conservative “Frank” host Brannon Howse, where she discussed potential steps that need to be taken to remedy a potentially stolen election.
“I think it’s certainly important for people to understand what happened here, and the more information we can get about that the better” Powell told Brannon House, host of Lindell TV. “It’s particularly important for our state legislators to understand it because they have the power to recall the electors for fraud,” she said.
Powell explained, “Fraud officiates or disposes of everything—undoes everything that wrongfully happens as a result of that fraud.” The former federal prosecutor appears to be suggesting that the state legislators have the power to undo the election that sent Joe Biden to the White House.

This election was certified regardless of the fraud perpetrated to complete it. Anything that happened after it was “certified” is null and void, like any other contract.

The 2020 election is in the past. We need to focus on the next ones - and who might actually carry on the Trump policies that served us so well.

Really? So, in your opinion, there is no redress under law for fraud. That would be news for thousands of lawyers and judges. BTW, what Law School did you receive your Jurisprudence Law degree from, and in which area of law was that? Or, is this merely the “opinion” of just another keyboard commando.

I agree with you. The only possible remedy must come from the Supreme Court.

I think it’s sad the that these lawyers are so damn inept and keep making the same lame promises. Nothing but smoke being blown up people’s asses and they want it to be true so bad that common sense is ignored.
Even Trump has distanced himself from Powell and for good reason. She helps the Dems and media portray Republicans as nutty tin foil conspiracy theorists.

Sidney Powell is a military attorney and one of the most bad-ass attorneys in the country. She will be vindicated.
“Fraud vitiates everything.” That enduring opinion was the crux of the landmark decision handed down by the U.S. Supreme Court in the case of the United States versus Throckmorton. Ipso facto, the outcome of a POTUS election that is rife with one-sided fraud and criminality is rendered null and void.
There have actually been cases involving Senators or Representatives (I don’t recall details) where the person “elected by fraud” was ordered replaced by the true winner.
We’ve just never had a court case where the President was involved. And the current batch of courts bent over backwards to keep it that way.

But I hear the Kraken has a younger cousin who is in training and is mad.
I’ve read scenarios in which states will not be able to disqualify Biden and overturn his presidency, but they may be able to recall both HOR and Senate races in their states due to fraudulent election results. If these audits can present irrefutable evidence it will be very hard to deny the facts, and may have to throw the GOP a bone, which would be the HOR and Senate races and let the Dems keep the Presidency for a couple of more years. “We The People” will all know Biden is an illegitimate President and hopefully he and Harris will step down from shame. Except I don’t believe they have that ability.
Throckmorton wasn’t about an election; it was a property case.
And let’s not forget, the Supreme Court threw out her cases back in March. There’s nothing that forces them to take up any new cases filed.

I know that it wasn’t an election case. It’s a principle - and either fraud vitiates everything or it doesn’t vitiate anything.
And as I stated, other elections have used the “fact of fraud” to overturn the fraud and restore the true winner. So apparently that principle does apply to elections.
And I already pointed out that the damn courts bent over backwards to avoid cases. That wasn’t just on Powell - lots of others got tossed too. Cause if the black robed perfumed tyrants don’t wanna deal they won’t.
And that’s a sad thing for the Republic. Once we were ruled by a King, now the Republic has been replaced with rule by judges making laws from the bench. It’s pathetic.

I'm not sure if she actually said "officiates".
I do know that the courts have found in all cases that fraud vitiates everything. So if that is what she actually said, or meant to say, then she would be correct. All state certifications where fraud occurred and the EC vote based on that fraud should be disposed.
And I said "should", not would.
