This judge was suspect from the start. First there was a ridiculous delay scheduling the hearings which needed to have been done ASAP. Then there was the charade of the scheduled Memorial weekend vote count, which was canceled when the county filed a belated motion to dismiss, which was just granted. It was all planned to delay, delay and delay.
