I just watched Biden’s speech. I don’t need an article to tell me wth is going on.
Must be referring to the ridiculous situation of having “sovereign nations” residing inside of another sovereign nation, with the citizens sometimes being US citizens and sometimes not, with exemption from some US laws and special benefits.
To solve this problem, the reservations must be dissolved and the members turned into US citizens with no qualifications and no allegiance to another power. Special benefits must stop, including and especially affirmative action.
Never happen, I know.
