Just shoot em’
Fine by me.
So, no car chases, no foot pursuit.
Cops are reduced to taking a report.
Let. It. Burn.
How about “Cops no longer allowed to arrest criminals if anyone in the community might be offended”. It’s only a step or two away, so why not go right to it now so nobody gets hurt feelings. I’m so glad that I retired from Law Enforcement many years ago.
Re-imagining policing = let them break the law and don’t chase them.
If there are far too many young black men in prison, stop arresting them and stop putting them in prison.
Problem solved.
“Cops are reduced to taking a report.”
They’re basically being reduced to “Mall Cop” status.
Now they can get back to thier primary objective as Police Officers in Chicago, Raise Revenue for the City by issuing Tickets...
People are not gonna have any respect for police.
Darwinian theory coming to your town.
Get ready or get run over.
‘Get out of here you crazy teenagers!!!!!”.
Don’t police get into foot chasing precisely because they aren’t allowed to shoot a fleeing suspect?
As another said here, no car chases and no foot chases, then police are reduced to simply filling out paperwork in a police report.

Globalist socialists have long wanted us all herded into cities where we can more easily be controlled, yet seemingly every policy they implement has had the opposite real world effect.
By all means — publicize the policy so the criminals know. LOL
Looks like cops will only patrol downtown Chicago? And once office workers go home at 5 pm, you’re on you’re own? Southside is basically “no go” zone 24/7/365.
Can they use a mallcop segway?
Just shoot em’
twice
Chicago cops can all put on all their equipment and go jump into the middle of Lake Michigan. They deserve zero respect. Not since they took the Second City Cop blog private after the January 6th gathering.
