Earlier this month, Gateway Pundit reported that Shaye Moss was subpoenaed in Georgia for her activities in the 2020 election in Fulton County.
Shaye Moss was famous for kicking everyone out of the room where votes were counted in Fulton County and telling observers to go home. Then Shaye and others including Ralph Jones and her mother Ruby Freeman dragged hidden boxes of ballots out from underneath tables and started running them through the machines. Ruby Freeman was caught on tape running the same stack of suspect ballots through the machines multiple times:

Last week Georgia Elections analyst Garland Favorito told TGP reporter Jordan Conradson that it was likely the new motions by the Fulton County attorneys to challenge the audit of ballots in the county would likely delay the depositions of Ruby and her daughter until after the motions are resolved.
A judge on Thursday agreed to postpone the depositions of election workers in Fulton County, Georgia.

Neither breaking nor surprising. The Rats mobilized a challenge as the judge had indicated at the last hearing there was none before him.
So now the Rats hired their best lawyers and submitted to stop the process altogether.
Pending the outcome of that motion to the court, the depositions would be expectedly put on hold.
All eyes on the judge’s ruling on the Rat motions to stop any election integrity efforts.
We can only hope it goes well and moves forward.

Another corrupt judge who needs to be removed. There is no reason to delay a deposition. Your just asked questions, should answer truthfully and they become a legally enforceable record. However, if you have something to hide you avoid this at all costs. The truth is going to come out, the question is then what?
This is a CIVIL CASE. They’ll never be deposed.
What does one have to do with the other?
Right now we’re waiting for Arizona and the results of the first ever forensic audit of a US presidential election
When those results are known and presented and hopefully are bulletproof then the shiiite really should hit the fan!!
There’s a pretty good momentum already for all that’s in a lot of different states but I think the momentum will become overwhelming when the Arizona results are presented
I trust that Cyber ninjas. The auditing firm in Arizona is going to be able to get through all of the arrows bullets spears and explosive charges that they’re going to have thrown at them from Democrats on the likes of
“This was all Republicans doing this”
“Democrats were in allowed in to see any of this”
“These results are not trust worthy”
“This firm has been known to run criminal enterprises for many years”
And so on

Not necessarily. Ruby and her daughter just lawyered up. The lawyers asked and were granted a delay. To be expected.

This is more like it! A defensive coverup on the part of those who wish to prevent the truth about the stolen election from coming out. Up till now, it was censorship, retribution, blackmail, threats and coercion by Democrats, leftists, corrupt oligarchs and their allies, all to keep the evidence permanently buried. Now, those who stole the election are genuinely worried. Evidence of the greatest political scandal and crime in American history is being exposed. That is just fine. Now we are getting somewhere.

It sucks but if you want to drain a swamp you need to have all the rats exposed. You cant just wipe out most of them without them coming back. Thank you judge! See you at the end of a rope with the rest of the rats!

These judges doing this need to go to jail. They want to stall this fraud for 4 YEARS. They want to get through this. And what happens after the fraud is proven. So much so it’s obvious that Trump won the election. A very small amount of scapegoats go to jail. People like Ruby may wind up commuting suicide. It may happen soon. Names are about to get named when they find out what they face. They will not only see the series of their ways but realize the trouble that’s coming for America. This is opposing countries involved. Someone like Trump would hold them accountable. People like biden will take money for him and his family and turn his head.
