Pretty sure I heard this a few days ago, that the judge was postponing their depositions, but can only find one reference on a quick search, which was posted yesterday. This doesn’t make much sense to me, as I was working outside in the yard yesterday for most of the day, and didn’t check in at FR very much. I was just too busy. I think I probably read about this postponement on Thursday or Friday.
