BTW, I have nothing against Latin American immigrants, and most who apply to come in legally would be admitted. We actually do need the workers, since our domestic population seems not to be willing to work, There are almost 4 million on unemployment, probably that amount again of able bodied people who aren’t on unemployment because they’ve never even considered working…and 9 million vacant jobs).
The only thing that makes me mad is that the Dems are exploiting this in a way that does nothing but give power to the human trafficking cartels and the leftist dictators in Latin America.
Mexico and several other Latin American states are very opposed to the Biden “policy” …for one thing, it subjects their citizens to criminal gangs and it takes away the citizens they need.
And the Dems don’t want these people to work when they get here…they want to put them on welfare in order to increase the Dem constituency.
Texas didn’t cede over a border right away to the Federal Government when we joined the Union. The Moment they cross the line they’re trespassing either on State land or Private land.

Trump was on the job, and he was doing it beautifully. Biden came along and did a complete 180, and it took a while, but it’s now obvious that he intended all the consequences. So the governor is stepping up to the plate. Good. Better if he had gotten started on 1/22/21, but now is a good time, time.

In all fairness to Governor Abbott, imho, those things should be considered before hanging the man out to dry. I don't live in Texas, but it seems he's done a pretty fair job there and yes I know about the mask thing. Nobody is perfect...especially a politician but he's done some 'right' things as well. He beats a leftist nutbag any day.

He should take a lesson from Joe Arpaio, and house the illegals in inexpensive tent cities (that are entirely legal according to international law). Feed them green American, not Mexican, bologna and oatmeal; for dinner bulk raisins and peanuts.
