The New York Times told home-buyers to infuse eco-extremism into their decision-making when buying their homes.
The latest climate drivel for The Times was headlined, “Add ‘Climate Hazards’ to Your Home-Buyer’s Checklist.” The lede paragraph reeked of agitprop: “As global temperatures increase and sea levels rise, home shoppers are looking at more than just location, price and the number of bedrooms when exploring properties.” The Times propagandized that climate change was causing people to wonder “about the risk of natural disaster, and what that risk might mean for a home’s value over time.”
It’s too bad that Climate Depot Founder Marc Morano already laid this claim to rest in a recent statement. He said, “Global temperatures have been holding nearly steady for almost two decades, according to satellites from the Remote Sensing Systems (RSS) and the University of Alabama at Huntsville (UAH).”

Don’t move into a Flood Plain.
Don’t move into Tornado Alley.
Don’t move near the San Andreas or any known geographic Fault.
Don’t move near a river known for flooding.
Don’t...
So, people are supposed to avoid buying most existing houses, due to the climate risks involved, which were not considered in the planning when the homes were built.
And people are supposed to avoid building new homes, because of the prohibitive expense involved in making them climate-friendly enough for all of the eco-leftists.
Another generation to live in their parents’ basements, it seems.
Honestly. I so despise leftists. People would do just fine and get along well if they would all get sent to wreck another planet. They are so tiresome with their constant creation of problems that only ruining other people lives and taking their money and liberties can fix.
Most importantly, don’t move to New York.
Leftists use language to lie.
They want to steal your stuff—and kill you if they can get away with it.
That one too! Or any big, blue-controlled city.
If you mean outside the media, I'd say 50 years or so.
Basically, the NYT is saying don’t buy homes and drive up prices in areas the Dims are buying, like the Obama’s getting coastal property at Martha’s Vineyard.
No structure is eviro friendly. They should live naked out in the woods and not eat any creatures. Most importantly, they should not breathe or poop.
i guess all of those gazillionaires will now quickly dump their Martha Vineyard estates before they get flooded out by “global warming” ...
Also add “Tax Hazards”........................
[[ climate change was causing people to wonder “about the risk of natural disaster, and what that risk might mean for a home’s value over time.”]]
Yeah liberals like Obama, Biden etc are all so worried about climate change ge that they bought multimillion dollar homes right on the ocean
Absolutely
Nothing
Anywhere
Near
Anything
AlGore and The Kenyan from Indonesia ignored that and bought beachfront property, like they don’t believe the garbage they spew.
Anyone who doesn’t take the risk of natural disaster into account when buying a house is a fool.
And it’s got nothing to do with eco-anything.
No thanks.
