Why did you cut this sentence in half and add dementia trail-off dots? Doesn’t really make a lot of sense.

Not cutting the sentence in half would make it apparent that the issue is, in actual fact, a "nothing-burger" or (at best) a low-level problem not warranting our further concern.

Can you give me a reference.....due for cataract laser surgery later this month...am 79 so will take the 20 year wait for a problem......also the technology has improved during the last 20 years
