It’s still hard to believe that as one of his first acts as president, Joe Biden shut down the Keystone XL
Pipeline, killing thousands of good American jobs in the process.Just think of all the American families whose lives came to a halt instantly, wondering how they would pay for their homes, cars and education for their children.States started suing almost immediately and some new states have joined the effort, bringing the total to over twenty.
Two more states sue Biden administration over Keystone XL pipeline, bringing total to 23
Two more attorneys general have announced their respective states are joining a lawsuit against the Biden administration and its “illegal” cancellation of the Keystone XL pipeline.
“The Constitution is clear that presidents do not have the power to regulate foreign and interstate commerce or to unilaterally undo an act of Congress,” said Montana Attorney General Austin Knudsen, announcing that Alaska and Florida are joining the legal fight. In the statement, Knudsen said U.S. consumers would benefit the most by the construction of the pipeline — and are subsequently hurt the most by its cancellation.
At the same time that this is happening, remember that Biden had no problem with Russia having an oil pipeline.

Prolly will be denied due to “lack of standing”.
Oh my, major buyer’s remorse for voting Dem (or having your vote scammed by Dominion).
Here’s the story as I heard it:
The oil companies used to pay the Indians per barrel for trucking oil across their lands.
The pipeline would have let them ship 10 times as much oil through the pipeline. The Indians still wanted to get paid per barrel. They refused to negotiate.
So the oil companies moved the pipeline route off their land.
The Indians still wanted to be paid even though no oil was crossing their land anymore.
The oil companies told them to f*ck off.
So the Indians went to the media and told them that the new pipeline route would cross ancient Indian burial grounds, So the media took up their cause.
While they are suing, they should resume work on the pipeline and let the feds sue to stop them. Possession being a large part of the law.
Do you think Biden wants us to start riding on BUSES and bring back the STREETCARS? And not many people riding on TRAINS anymore. I still remember when I was a kid riding on a GREYHOUND BUS.
Didn’t states sir the Soetero admin? What was the outcome?
Didn’t states ignore federal law under the Trump admin? What was the outcome?
Republicans are the only ones that adhere to the rules. Until that changes, nothing changes.
When our energy resources use are prohibited from being used by political edict, that curiously benefits Russian oil supply

Pipe line shut downs affecting our resources and supply. which result in thousands losing jobs and reliance on costly imports from foreign sources. Denying our energy resources use which if fully developed would turn out to be a major source of income when exported also gives Russia control over Germany .
Disasterous results should be expected when such edicts are issued . Those who order and support such decisions should be impeached because of the serious damage being done to the economy.
Alaska and states like Californica and every state which has so called fossil energy reserves both coal and oil and this includes llinois which has both. Cal and Alaska, TX, and possibly Penn has enough stuff there they not only get the stuff from the ground but process it into fuel so that their gas would only cost $1.50 or even less a gallon

They have now recruited an “occupy” crowd of hipsters who are the same lot from the wall street debacle. They have zero credibility after that move.
Let us hope that Pennsylvania is one of them or Governor Wolf is not doing his job of representing us like he should. Every state in the nation should be sueing Biden over this. He overstepped his bounds doing this. There was no call at this point to do this. He is just a flakey liberal or is giving into flakey liberals for votes.
