Modern Presidential speeches often ring a bell of truth and stir feelings of patriotism, often via the words of speechwriters whose job it is to write inspirational phrases. From Reagan’s “shining city on the hill,” Bush the First’s “thousand point’s of light” and Clinton’s “There is nothing wrong with America that cannot be cured by what is right with America” we heard phrases that few would take exception with. Even 43, who the keepers of culture loved to ridicule for his “Bushisms” was presidential when he gave formal speeches: “We will not waver; we will not tire; we will not falter, and we will not fail. Peace and Freedom will prevail.”
Then came the Age of Barack Hussein Obama, the “the smartest man with the highest IQ ever to be elected to the presidency,” (h/t historian Michael Beschloss) who according to the media hit a homerun every time he opened his mouth. Even his then opponent and future VP had to acknowledge this:
"I mean, you got the first mainstream African-American who is articulate and bright and clean and a nice-looking guy. I mean, that's a storybook, man." – Joe Biden
Mr. Obama’s eloquence was legendary, between the times he was taking credit for saving the planet…
“this was the moment when the rise of the oceans began to slow and our planet began to heal”
and totally transforming America, even he had some insightful comments that I agreed with like:
“I wish the country had fewer lawyers and more engineers.” (with no ironic noting that he was a lawyer, not an engineer)
Although this will remain my favorite BHO quote of all time:
“Why can't I just eat my waffle?”
But then came President Trump: a man our betters considered crude, common, inelegant, unworthy of their time let alone praise. He said dumb, hateful things like “Make America Great Again” and when he spoke it was painfully straight-forward. I would add that it is near impossible to find anything that is not of a snide mocking nature in any standard search engine of anything that President Trump said while in office. If you don’t believe me, give it a try. I promise you’ll run into a brick wall – the only sort of wall the left approves of.
I however have a collection of President Donald J. Trump quotes that are fine examples of presidential inspiration:
"The worst things in history have happened when people stop thinking for themselves, especially when they allow themselves to be influenced by negative people. That's what gives rise to dictators. Avoid that at all costs. Stop it first on a personal level, and you will have contributed to world sanity as well as your own."
Every day, I wake up determined to deliver a better life for the people all across this nation that have been neglected, ignored, and abandoned. I have visited the laid-off factory workers and the communities crushed by our horrible and unfair trade deals. These are the forgotten men and women of our country.

We will bring back our borders. We will bring back our wealth. And we will bring back our dreams.
Definitely too simple for elitists to wrap their very-big-brains™ around. With the fraudulent election that gave us the current demented Presidential Place Holder it seems we’ve abandoned all expectation of inspirational thinking from our so-called leaders. Now we just listen to them blather on inappropriately about little girls with nobody in the press-corpse batting an eye.
“I’m especially honored to share the stage with Brittney and Jordan and Nathan and Margaret Katherine,” Biden said. “I love those barrettes in your hair, man. I tell you what — and look at her, she looks like she's 19 years old, sitting there with her, like a little lady with her legs crossed.”
Not is the President-in-Waiting providing anything better: Kamala Harris Bombs at the Naval Academy. i guess she was surprised to discover that after going through grueling training and education the new Naval grads wanted to hear something in her commencement address that was a bit more on–point than Joey and Kamala’s Most Excellent Green Agenda. Note to Kammie: it’s not always about you.

Addressing the next generation of America’s warriors, the vice president cracked a quip about how they’d just love all that green investment she and Joe Biden are planning: “Just ask any Marine today, would she rather carry 20 pounds of batteries or a rolled-up solar panel, and I am positive she will tell you a solar panel—and so would he.”
Ms. Harris’s attempt at gender-inclusive, environment-friendly comedy elicited an appreciative and raucous peal of laughter—but only from her.
I guess it may be official, meritocracy – due to it’s racist nature – is dead to America with these two twits. In Kamala, it’s as if the Peter Principle met Diversity Hire.
And ewwww, that’s an image I don’t want bouncing around in my head.

It really frustrated leftists when their arguments against Trump were always about what he said and “lying”. My response was always the same: A lying politician?! Stop the presses! I ignore anything a politician says (even trump), and watch what they do. It’s how I went from “never trumper” to one of his biggest fans.
People really need to stop listening to politicians and judge them on their actions. Even Biden.
It is astounding that this once great nation has fallen into a pit not just of mediocrity but of unabashed insanity.
Sure I will go with a solar panel as long as my enemy pinky swears we will only fight when the sun is shining.

Personally, I think “O’Bozp” was the dumbest SOB to ever occupy the WH. NO intelligent person has a personal, direct, long-standing association with the likes of ‘Rev.’ Wright!!
That ‘God damn America’ creep was the deal breaker for me. From that point on, I could never accept “O’Bozo” as anything but a treasonous fraud.
Waa that his black iq or his white iq ? Depends on if it was added using new math or common core? Any questions on IQ only needs to see the picture of obozo trying to get thru a gate with an umbrella to be sure.
