Perhaps I missed where the car was unable to enter the roadway and leave? Doesn't matter, it was in the hood bro and if it wasn't the car it would have been a dude with a gun.........
You might even be hard pressed to find a police report on the incident since snitches get stitches under those conditions.

Drivers going to jail if they are caught....
He was free from them then intentionally ran them over..
While it may be deserved it’s illegal.. they were once he was free from them no threat...
So, this driver will be going to jail
